    Mojo For Leaders takes a comprehensive approach to Team Coaching that is based on gaining an intimate knowledge of the team and the individuals in it and the future it wishes, and needs to, create for itself and designs a bespoke offering that

    ✓ Is tailored to the specific development needs of the team collectively as well as the individuals in it

    ✓ Takes into account and works with the organisation’s current context

    ✓ Weaves the organisation’s values into its content and delivery

    ✓ Introduces the team to leading edge thinking around team performance, in particular Peter Hawkins’ 5 Disciplines of a High Value Creating Team and works with them to integrate it into their specific setup

    ✓ Offers tailored team development workshops based on the team’s specific needs

    ✓ Includes a number of specific ‘team coaching’ sessions where an experienced and skilled coach attends team meetings as a coach/observer and offers realtime coaching and advice as to how the team is excelling and can do better

    ✓ Focuses on the team not only achieving its metrics but on how it is consistently creating value for all its stakeholders

    ✓ Can include one-to-one coaching for individual team members if desired

    We find that Team Coaching works brilliantly for teams at all levels but in particular for teams at the senior and middle leadership levels in an organisation. In our experience, introducing Team Development and Team Coaching to a senior leadership team gets them to really appreciate its value and excited to roll it out to the rest of the organisation. It is an incredibly effective way to get strategy, values, culture and language aligned throughout the organisation.
