The combination of their extensive studies and research and experience in business and industry along with their signature style of creative challenge and nurturing the light in everyone has led them to be the difference in countless leaders powerfully stepping up and amplifying their positive impact in their organisations.

With extensive experience in Management, Leadership and Human Resource Management, Betty’s passion is coaching. She is inspired by the insights, courage and capacity of leaders and managers she coaches as they step up to maximise their leadership mojo and make a real and positive difference within and outside their organisations. Holding an MSc in Personal and Management Coaching and a Higher Diploma in Coaching & Coaching Psychology, both from UCC, Betty is a member of the Association for Coaching. She also teaches Coaching Skills on the MA Applied Psychology Work and Organisational Psychology/Behaviour, University College Cork.
Miriam O'Connell

Miriam’s first introduction to leadership was in her role as IT Project Manager many years ago. There she realised that the key to real, sustainable success was engaging with your people at a meaningful, consistent and honest level. She has since made working with organisational change and leadership her life’s purpose and has been helping leaders successfully lead change for over 14 years now. Miriam has also delivered modules on Leadership to the Executive MBA students in UCC.
Miriam has an MSc in Organisational Change, Ashridge, UK, B.A. in Psychology & Sociology, Post Grad. Dip. in Comp. Science, Dip. in Applied Project Management, UCC and a Dip. in Systems Analysis and Design.
